These consultations take place over Zoom with Karen the founder of Spain Less Traveled, an experienced travel professional with over 20 years in the industry, and are a chance for you to talk about your trip with her personally.

Whether you’re just getting started, brainstorming your trip, ready to start planning, or already have a trip planned and need some expert advice and assistance, Spain travel consultations are for you.

• Getting started on the planning process including pre-planning and brainstorming.

• Assistance fine-tuning a Spain travel itinerary

• Help with transportation and how to best get around

• Personalized ideas, tips, and insights based on interests, budget, timeframe, and unique travel style

• Help with choosing accommodations

• Personalized recommendations for restaurants, tour guides, day trips, drivers, and more

• Help with choosing or enhancing a group tour. (Note: we do not operate group tours, but we can help you choose which one is best for if that is the route you wish to go)

How it works

Step 1: Choose a time that works for you, fill out the questionnaire so we can get to know you better, and book a time for your consultation. You will receive a confirmation with a link to a Zoom call.

Step 2: We meet over Zoom at the time chosen. That time is yours and we can use it however you’d like. We will also have a prepared list of notes and suggestions based on your questionnaire.

Step 3: About two weeks after the consultation, you will receive follow-up tailored notes from the call. They will come in the form of a PDF with personalized tips, links, places we discussed, etc. Think of it as your own mini Spain travel guide! And for two weeks after receiving the notes, you also have email access to us with any follow-up questions about what we discussed.

Important to understand:

Full Spain Travel Consultations are not for building full day by day itineraries nor are they for designing travel days hour by hour. We can come up with itinerary sketches and send you suggestions, but it is up to you to put it all together in a complete itinerary. For clients needing more in-depth travel planning, ongoing support, or day by day planned itineraries, you will want to look at our full itinerary service.

(* During the call, we can discuss any last-minute concerns and logistics together. The follow-up notes/your personalized Spain travel guide will be sent within 14 days following the call. Clients wishing to receive these faster can pay a rush fee when booking the call.)
